About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, analysis, and execution of structural systems for a variety of projects. This role requires technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration to ensure the safety, functionality, and sustainability of our designs.
Key Responsibilities
· Structural Analysis and Design:
o Perform structural calculations and simulations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.
o Design structural components and systems for high Rise buildings, Elevated Water tank, Underground Water Tank, Water Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant Sewage Pumping station, water retaining structure and other infrastructure projects. Steel structure like industrial shed, shuttering and stagging for RCC Member and storm and sewerage network RCC Member.
· Project Management:
o Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
o Collaborate with contractors, Client, Site Engineers and other Key person to align structural design with project goals.
· Compliance and Standards:
o Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
o Prepare and review detailed reports, drawings, and specifications.
· Problem Solving:
o Evaluate structural issues and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
o Conduct site visits to assess conditions and oversee construction processes.
Education: Master’s degree in Structure Engineering
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in structural engineering
Technical Skills & Responsibilities
· Proficient in structural design and analysis software, including AutoCAD, SAFE, ETABS, and STAAD.Pro.
· Experienced in the design and analysis of various structural components such as:
o Pile foundations and pile caps
o Isolated (pad) footings, combined footings, raft foundations, and stepped footings
o Retaining walls for both soil and water structures
o Axially loaded and biaxially loaded columns
o Reinforced concrete beams, slabs, and flat slab systems
o Prestressed concrete (PSC) beams
o Structural steel components including steel columns and girders for composite structures
o Gantry girder systems
· Skilled in preparing detailed structural design reports and calculations in compliance with relevant IS (Indian Standards) codes.
· Strong experience in coordinating with draftsmen to produce accurate and high-quality structural drawings.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
