Job Title: Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through personal meetings, online support, and telephone calls.
- Provide support to customers through training and onboarding
- Liaise with Technical team to provide solution to customers.
- Single Point of Contact for customers

- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Proven ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written English and Hindi communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate punctuality and strong time management skills.
- Should have a flair for Technology and learning skills
- Great interpersonal skills
Experience & Education
- Any Graduate with no backlogs in education
- MS Excel/MS Word
- Industry - Service ( Direct Sales/B2B)
- Mandatory - verbal and written communication skills in Hindi
- Excellent comprehension skills
- Must be willing to travel in around UP and Bihar
Location
- We are looking for some who is based in Varanasi or willing to work from Varanasi.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 per year
