Job Description for Plant Head
- Operations Management: Oversee daily plant operations, including production scheduling, material flow, and dispatch.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain high-quality standards for all furniture products.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate production staff, supervisors, and technicians to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Process Improvement: Identify and execute initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
- Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of plant machinery and facilities, potentially developing preventive maintenance programs.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to achieve production, quality, and dispatch targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Leadership & People Management: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of furniture manufacturing processes, including woodworking, CNC machines, and finishing lines.
- Operational Expertise: Proven experience in managing production, quality control, and plant maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent ability to identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.
- Industry Experience: Significant 10-12 Years experience in the furniture, modular furniture,
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
