Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities.
* Generate leads and expand the client base.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Prepare business proposals and negotiate contracts.
* Achieve sales targets and support business growth.
* Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.
* Experience in Facility Management field is an advantage
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
