Role & responsibilities
Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will support and manage the sales team by coordinating Pre-Sales ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong coordination abilities, and proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination:
- Act as the central point of contact between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
- Coordinate daily sales activities, track progress, and ensure targets are met.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Excel.
- Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Support the sales team with documentation, quotations, and tender submissions.
Pre-Sales:
- Understand client requirements and assist in preparing proposals.
- Provide product information, technical specifications, and presentations.
- Liaise with marketing to ensure promotional materials are aligned with client needs.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting, dashboards).
- Knowledge of building materials and construction industry practices.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, or related field.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
