1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and revenue growth.
- Identify new customers, market opportunities, and business expansion possibilities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer enquiries, RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and initiate improvement actions.
2. Production Planning & Order Management
- Prepare production planning schedules based on customer orders and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, and Quality departments for smooth order execution.
- Monitor production status and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Optimize production capacity utilization and material availability.
- Ensure proper planning for manpower, machine loading, and dispatch schedules.
3. Customer Coordination
- Act as the primary contact for customer communication related to delivery, quality, and commercial matters.
- Monitor customer complaints and coordinate for timely corrective action closure.
- Ensure customer requirements are properly communicated internally.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and feedback monitoring.
4. Marketing Activities
- Develop marketing plans and promotional activities for business growth.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor studies.
- Support branding, customer visits, exhibitions, and business presentations.
- Maintain marketing records and customer database.
5. ISO 9001:2015 System Compliance
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements related to customer communication, planning, and operational control.
- Monitor KPI performance related to sales, delivery, customer complaints, and planning effectiveness.
- Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and management review meetings.
- Ensure proper maintenance of records, reports, and documented information.
6. Coordination & Team Management
- Coordinate effectively with all internal departments for achieving organizational objectives.
- Guide and support team members for target achievement and process compliance.
- Conduct periodic review meetings and follow-up actions.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
