BRK Mart is looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our offline retail store. The ideal candidate should have good leadership skills, basic computer knowledge, inventory management experience, and the ability to ensure smooth store operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
Supervise and guide store staff to achieve daily targets.
Maintain stock, inventory, and product availability.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reports.
Ensure proper merchandising and attractive product displays.
Resolve customer queries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with vendors and the warehouse for stock replenishment.
Monitor store cleanliness, safety, and overall discipline.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & inventory reports.
Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (Preferred).
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory (MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, billing/POS software).
Experience in inventory and stock management.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a team and solve operational issues.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Honest, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude.
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Retail Supervisor.
Experience in a supermarket, grocery store, retail outlet, or departmental store will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
