We are hiring a detail-oriented Accounts Billing Specialist for our Wire Mesh Manufacturing business.The ideal candidate must have hands on experience handling industrial billing and inventory tracking using Busy Accounting Software.You will manage production billing,handle weight-based & dimension-based calculations,and ensure complete tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate accurate tax invoices, delivery challans, and retail bills for various wire mesh specifications (e.g., galvanized, stainless steel, welded or crimped wire mesh rolls) using BUSY Software.
- E-Way Bills & E-Invoicing: Create and manage e-way bills and government portal e-invoices instantly during goods dispatch.
- Inventory Control: Match physical stock of wire mesh gauges, weights, and dimensions with system inventory records inside BUSY Accounting Software.
- Accounts Receivable & Follow-up: Track outstanding client payments, record receipts, update customer ledgers, and coordinate with the sales team for timely collections.
- Purchase & Vendor Entries: Verify purchase bills for raw materials (steel wire coils, rods) and pass day-to-day general accounting entries.
- Reports Generation: Prepare daily dispatch reports, stock summaries, GST statements (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B support), and aging reports for management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Software Skills: Proven, hands-on experience operating BUSY Software and MS Excel.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong awareness of GST regulations, tax structures, and basic manufacturing/trading inventory workflows.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and clear communication for handling client billing queries.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
