Key responsibilities
- Own end to end product design work from discovery to final handoff.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Prepare detailed spec sheets and handoff documentation for development and content teams.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, content, and stakeholders on scope and execution.
- Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.
- Contribute to design systems, reusable components, and visual standards.
- Identify usability issues and propose practical UX improvements.
- Work across multiple projects while managing deadlines and changing priorities.
- Make sure designs are realistic for development and aligned with business goals.
- Stay current with design tools, UI trends, and workflow improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, Communication Design, Visual Design, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in product design, UI UX, or digital interface design
- Strong portfolio showing product thinking, interaction design, and visual craft
- Advanced Figma skills including auto layout, components, variants, and prototyping
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, accessibility, and responsive design
- Experience creating clear design handoff documentation
- Familiar with the latest AI tools to speedup the workflow
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to work in a fast moving multi client environment
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Exposure to B2C products, ecommerce, or digital products.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience with UX audits or usability evaluations
- Motion, micro interaction, or prototype storytelling experience
AI capabilities
- We want someone who uses AI as a real design accelerator.
- This includes using AI for faster ideation, layout exploration, and early stage prototyping.
- Using AI assisted tools to generate wireframe variations, interface copy, and design directions.
- Supporting smarter design systems through AI enabled organization and pattern recognition.
- Using AI to summarize user feedback, cluster observations, and speed up research synthesis.
- Using AI to improve documentation, handoff, and quality checks.
- Knowing when to use AI and when human judgment is more important.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
