Hiring: Assistant Director – Labour Law & Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day labour law and statutory compliance activities.
- Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
- Prepare and maintain compliance records, registers, reports, and documentation.
- Manage and monitor all official email communications and ensure timely responses to clients and stakeholders.
- Draft professional emails, compliance updates, proposals, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly task sheets and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Report directly to the Director regarding task status, pending activities, client updates, and compliance deadlines.
- Prepare MIS reports, compliance reports, and management updates for review by the Director.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth execution of payroll and compliance activities.
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and maintain records of action items assigned by the Director.
- Stay updated on labour law amendments and statutory changes.
- Support client relationship management and ensure high service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Payroll, Labour Law Compliance, or HR Consultancy.
- Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Payroll Processing, and Labour Law Compliance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office applications.
- Excellent email drafting and professional correspondence skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in labour law compliance consultancy will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Good client handling and coordination skills.
