Sutradhara Architecture & Constructions (SAC) is a multidisciplinary Architecture, Engineering, and BIM consulting company delivering high-quality BIM solutions for projects across India, Europe, the UK, UAE, and Australia. We specialize in BIM modeling, coordination, clash detection, construction documentation, and digital project delivery.
We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our growing team and lead BIM coordination for international and domestic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Architectural, Structural, and MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards, and BIM workflows.
- Conduct interdisciplinary coordination meetings and resolve model clashes.
- Review BIM models for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP engineers, and project managers.
- Manage BIM deliverables, model versions, and documentation.
- Support BIM automation initiatives using Dynamo and Revit API (preferred).
- Mentor BIM modelers and ensure project deadlines are achieved.
- Generate coordinated construction documentation and quantity take-offs when required.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 19650 and client BIM requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of professional BIM coordination experience.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Good knowledge of Navisworks Manage.
- Understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience working on international BIM projects is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Solibri (preferred)
- Experience with Scan-to-BIM projects is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards.
