Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Technology teams to provide a comprehensive solution to the client Assist in responding to RFI, RFQ and RFP's Understand, translate and map clients functional or business requirements to the product/service offerings and help customer evaluate the benefit Formulate the scope into various tasks and estimate the effort required to implement Ensure smooth transition to technical teams of the business and functional requirements agreed with customer and enable initial hand holding and relationship building with customer
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Experience in software services Experience in breaking down functional requirements into granular tasks and estimating it through various techniques Understanding on various SDLC models Understanding of IT offshoring business Good search skills & quest for learning
Responsible for developing customer solution in the sales cycle, based on understanding customer needs and aligning those needs with adequate offerings. Shall support the sales team with the required product/service information, proposal building, and support sales team in the entire liaison required.
