Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our growing team. The role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for various roles
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain and update HR records, databases, and documents
- Plan and execute internal employee engagement activities
- Support performance tracking, feedback collection, and intern reviews
- Ensure smooth internal communication and conflict resolution
- Help manage attendance, leaves, and other HR operational tasks
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR functions and tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
