We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong & advanced skills in Excel and ERP applications to manage and support our global accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibility
- Oversee global accounts, ensuring financial accuracy, timely reporting, and effective client communication.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key international clients, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
- Use Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, creating pivot tables, financial models, and trend analysis.
- Maintain and optimize ERP systems to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
- Support ERP system implementations and updates to enhance process efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with international clients, considering time zone differences and cultural expectations.
- Support special projects and provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required.
- Assess current financial policies and procedures and, from that, develop the ideal workflow to be used with the new ERP system. Ensure that workflows incorporate key financial and procurement controls as identified in policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers with a Finance, Accounting, or Commerce background and strong knowledge of Excel are welcome to apply.
- 1+ years of experience in global account management, finance, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation,data clensing, etc...).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) is required.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to manage and build client relationships effectively
