We are looking for a performance-driven Ad Manager who can plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve conversions and reduce cost per lead.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Advertising or Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.
- Experience in generating B2B leads for IT or Software Services is preferred.
