Title: Operations Manager – Mining & Crushing Operations
To lead the Mining & Crushing Operations by ensuring safe, profitable, and efficient execution across all sites through operational excellence, team leadership, process improvement, stakeholder management, and continuous performance optimisation.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage site incharges, managers, accountants.
- Prepare annual operating plans and budgets.
- Review production, cost, and profitability across all sites.
- Develop and implement SOPs.
- Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop second-line leaders.
- Ensure statutory and environmental compliance.
- Support expansion and new project mobilisation.
- Monitor Machinery and plant’s performance.
- Reduce downtime and breakdowns.
- Co-ordinate with mining and dispatch teams.
- Maintain all documentation & records.
- Identify and fulfil staffing requirements.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, stakeholders.
- Liaise with government officials & other officers.
- Ensure safety compliance.
- Ensure quality control and quality standards.
- Conflict management.
- Visit sites regularly.
Pay: ₹48,000.00 - ₹72,000.00 per month
