Job descriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our Housekeeping team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing housekeeping operations and supervising staff.Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and routines to meet customer requirements.
- Train and mentor new employees on cleaning procedures and best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to cleaning, maintenance, or safety.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for motivating and guiding staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures is required to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Problem-solving skills are needed to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
