Job Description: We are seeking a structured and proactive Back Office Executive to handle administrative, documentation, coordination, and data management activities. The role ensures smooth day-to-day office functioning and supports our operations, finance, and customer service teams specifically within the crane operations and industrial products sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team and assist in Quotation Preparation.
- Compile and prepare billing data accurately.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for timely invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain organized, customer-wise billing records.
- Keep Excel sheets updated with daily/weekly Sales data.
- Generate operational and financial reports for the management team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate).
- Experience: Proven experience in the Cranes or Industrial Products industry (Mandatory). Applications without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Core Competencies: Basic understanding of accounting, billing processes, and documentation. Experience with ERP or job management software is an advantage.
Ability to Commute/Relocate:
- Moshi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
Pay: ₹10,627.49 - ₹30,904.80 per month
