Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities, open-door sessions, and employee wellness initiatives to maintain high morale and a positive workplace culture.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintain digital and electronic employee records (contracts, PTO, attendance, etc.). Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and appraisal letters.
- Performance Management: Assist in the implementation and tracking of the annual performance appraisal process and feedback cycles.
- Grievance Handling: Act as a trusted advisor to employees, resolving day-to-day queries, policy clarifications, and workplace conflicts professionally.
- Compliance & Payroll Support: Ensure company policies align with local labor laws and regulations. Assist the finance team with monthly payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
