The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, campaign automation, and improving conversion rates through targeted email communication.Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns for mobile app development and app promotion services.
- Build and maintain email databases and customer segmentation lists.
- Design engaging email templates, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance including open rates, CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and email layouts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate quality leads.
- Develop drip campaigns and automated workflows using email marketing tools.
- Ensure email campaigns comply with spam regulations and best practices.
- Analyze customer behavior and optimize engagement strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, or Zoho Campaigns.
- Understanding of lead generation and customer retention strategies.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation.
- Knowledge of mobile app industry trends and digital marketing concepts.
- Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics or campaign metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience in IT services or mobile application services preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.14 per month
