Role Overview
We are looking for highly driven Outbound SDRs / Outbound Sales Executives who are passionate about SaaS sales and business development. You will play a key role in generating qualified opportunities for Zoho solutions through cold outreach and strategic prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect potential clients via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and field visits
- Generate qualified demos for Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho People & more
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads
- Understand client pain points and position relevant Zoho solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activities
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting teams
- Achieve monthly KPIs (calls, meetings, qualified leads, revenue contribution)
- Stay updated on Zoho products and competitor offerings
Required SkillsMust Have
- 1–5 years of B2B SaaS/CRM outbound sales experience
- Strong cold calling & objection handling skills
- Proven experience in lead generation & appointment setting
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Understanding of CRM and business automation platforms
Preferred
- Experience selling Zoho or CRM solutions
- Knowledge of ERP, Digital Marketing, Cloud, or Business Software
- Experience selling to SMEs, Mid-Market, or Enterprise clients
