JOB DESCRIPTION
· Familiar with NBC, NEC, LEED, MOEF code Standards.
· Preparation of Load Calculation and Design Basis Report.
· Preparation of Single Line Diagrams, General Arrangement Drawings, Schematics, Etc.
· Thorough Knowledge on Transformers, DG sets, Cables & Breakers sizing and selection.
· UPS and Battery Sizing and Selection.
· Preparation of drawings such as Lighting Layout, Power Layout and Floor/Ceiling Raceways Layout.
· Proficient In AutoCAD and MS Office.
· Adroit to Prepare Bill of Quantity.
· Preparation of Rate analysis, Price Negotiations and finalization of rates with vendors within Budget.
· Awareness of Architectural & Structural design elements, HVAC and PHE & Fire Systems.
· Attending periodic meetings and site visit and checking the material as per the Tender drawing and technical document prepared, makes of material.
