We are seeking a seasoned Flutter Developer to lead the development and maintenance of high-performance cross-platform applications. You will be responsible for building new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring a seamless deployment process for both Android and iOS. This role requires a "product-owner" mindset—someone who doesn't just write code but understands how to scale and maintain a live environment.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Development: Design and build sophisticated, highly scalable apps using the Flutter framework.
Deployment: Manage the full release cycle, including code signing, App Store Connect (iOS) management, and Google Play Console (Android) publishing.
Maintenance & Optimization: Debug complex issues, optimize application performance for low-latency, and ensure the app remains compatible with the latest OS versions.
Version Control: Manage codebases using Git, overseeing branching strategies (Gitflow), pull requests, and code reviews.
State Management: Implement robust state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc) to ensure app stability.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
