We are hiring a Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Executive with strong knowledge of water treatment systems including WTP, STP, ETP, and water bodies (swimming pools, fountains, lakes).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and develop new business for water treatment projects and AMC services
- Handle client meetings, site visits, and requirement analysis
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals for WTP, STP, ETP, RO systems, and water body solutions
- Explain system design, process flow, and treatment solutions to clients
- Coordinate with operations/technical team for project execution
- Follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and closure of deals
- Maintain client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities
- Work on AMC contracts, upgrades, and service sales
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of WTP, STP, ETP, RO systems, and water bodies
- Understanding of treatment processes, chemicals, and system components
- Ability to handle client discussions and technical presentations
- Basic costing and proposal preparation knowledge
- Good communication and negotiation skills
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Environmental / Civil / Electrical
- Water treatment industry experience preferred
Experience
- 2–6 years in technical sales / business development (water treatment)
Salary
- ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

Preferred Experience
- Experience in water treatment companies / facility management
- Exposure to residential societies, malls, hotels, hospitals, or industrial clients
