We’re looking for Product Designers who can understand business problems, simplify complex workflows, create intuitive user experiences, and ensure design quality from requirement discovery through implementation.
Role Overview
As a Product Designer, you’ll be responsible for transforming business requirements and user needs into simple, scalable, and intuitive digital product experiences.
You’ll work closely with founders, clients, product managers, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to define user journeys, create wireframes and prototypes, maintain design systems, manage design delivery, and review the final implemented product.
This role goes beyond creating attractive screens. It requires product thinking, business understanding, ownership, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to use AI tools to improve design speed and quality.
You will be part of the Product Team, working from our Mumbai Office based out in Ghatkopar East. from Monday to Saturday - 930am to 630pm, 2nd & 4th Saturdays will be holiday.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in product, client, and requirement-discovery discussions.
- Understand business objectives, user roles, workflows, and product requirements.
- Convert complex requirements into simple user journeys and workflows.
- Create information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive web and mobile application interfaces.
- Design dashboards, forms, tables, reports, approval workflows, and enterprise applications.
- Create and maintain reusable design systems and component libraries.
- Define edge cases, validations, empty states, loading states, success states, and error states.
- Use AI-assisted tools for research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and UX content.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implementation-ready.
- Prepare complete design handovers with specifications, behaviours, and responsive states.
- Track design tasks, priorities, dependencies, reviews, and approvals.
- Review developed screens and workflows for visual and UX accuracy.
- Identify usability gaps and recommend product improvements.
- Support product discovery, feature prioritisation, and continuous product enhancement.

Experience
- 2–6+ years of relevant experience
- Candidates with lower experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong product thinking and an exceptional portfolio
Experience designing real, implemented products will be valued more than conceptual-only portfolios.

What This Role Does Not Primarily Focus On
This is not primarily a role for:
- Social-media creatives
- Marketing banners
- Logo design
- Print design
- Illustration-heavy work
- Video editing
- Isolated attractive screens without complete workflows
Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and similar tools may be useful, but they are not the primary selection criteria.
