We are looking for SAP MM and SD End Users with 1 year of hands-on experience to support day-to-day transactional and operational activities across procurement and sales processes. This role is suited for candidates comfortable working within SAP as business users — executing transactions, handling order-to-cash and procure-to-pay activities, and coordinating with functional teams for issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day SAP MM transactions: Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification, Stock Transfers• Execute day-to-day SAP SD transactions: Sales Order creation, Delivery processing, Billing, Returns• Maintain and update Material Master, Customer Master, and Vendor Master records as required• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams on inventory movements• Raise and track support tickets for MM/SD issues with the functional/support team• Support month-end and period-end activities related to procurement and sales• Ensure data accuracy in day-to-day SAP entries and reporting• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Warehouse, Sales) for smooth transaction flow
Required Skills
- 1 year of hands-on experience working as an SAP MM/SD end user• Working knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles• Comfortable navigating SAP transactions and basic T-codes• Good attention to detail and data accuracy• Basic Excel skills for reporting/reconciliation• Good communication skills for coordinating across departments
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to S/4HANA environment• Prior experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or trading company setup
Education
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Engineering, or related field preferred)
Pay: ₹444,371.22 - ₹1,741,348.39 per year
