- Handle inbound leads and outbound prospecting for enterprise software, consulting, and AI services.
- Qualify leads by understanding business needs, pain points, budget, decision-making process, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with founders, solution architects, and delivery teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and estimates.
- Maintain CRM records, follow-up schedules, and pipeline status accurately.
- Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients and share relevant service capabilities.
- Support preparation of quotations, commercial proposals, and scope documents.
- Follow up with prospects consistently to move opportunities toward closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources.
- Track lead sources, conversion rates, and sales activity metrics.
- Support business development efforts for software projects, consulting engagements, and AI pilots.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in internal sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Experience in software services, IT consulting, SaaS, or AI solutions.
- Exposure to enterprise clients, CXO-level conversations, or solution-based selling.
- Graduation in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or related field.
