WE’RE HIRING | WAREHOUSE INCHARGE
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Incharge to join our team in Ludhiana.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
- Manage inward and outward inventory movement.
- Ensure accurate stock management, SKU handling, and inventory records.
- Monitor picking, packing, dispatch, and return processes.
- Conduct regular stock checks and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for smooth dispatches.
- Ensure proper warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety.
- Monitor team performance and maintain operational discipline.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly warehouse reports.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes.
- Good team-handling and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- E-commerce warehouse experience will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Noorwala Road, Shivpuri Chowk, Ludhiana
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
