Job Responsibilities:
● Generate sales and achieve assigned targets
● Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
● Handle client follow-ups and sales coordination
● Visit clients, dealers, contractors, and distributors regularly
● Coordinate with senior sales team for order closure
● Explain product features and provide technical support to customers
● Prepare quotations, reports, and presentations
● Identify new business opportunities in the market
● Resolve customer queries and maintain customer satisfaction
● Track competitor activities and market trends
● Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management
● Support new product launches and promotional activities
Required Skills:
● Good communication and presentation skills
● Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
● Techno-commercial understanding
● Knowledge of MS Office
● Good organizational and client-handling skills
● Ability to work in a team and achieve targets
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates should have prior experience in Construction Chemical Industry and should
be comfortable with field sales activities.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
