We are hiring a driven and articulate B2B Marketing Executive to spearhead our lead generation and client outreach efforts. This is a pure hunting role focused on identifying business clients, initiating conversations, and building a strong pipeline for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential B2B clients including businesses, procurement heads, and decision makers across target industries
- Execute high-volume cold calls, cold emails, and WhatsApp outreach to corporate clients and businesses
- Pitch company products/services to business owners, purchase managers, and relevant stakeholders
- Generate qualified leads and fix meetings/appointments for the senior sales or management team
- Build and maintain a structured B2B prospect database and lead tracker
- Follow up persistently with prospects at various stages of the sales funnel
- Coordinate with internal teams to share client requirements and ensure smooth handover post lead conversion
- Submit daily call reports and weekly lead summaries to management
- Meet monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets
