Job Description – Project Supervisor / Project Engineer
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Project Supervisor / Project Engineer to oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of work at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for supervising labour, maintaining quality standards, monitoring progress, and regularly updating management regarding site performance.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
- Conduct regular quality checks of ongoing work
- Coordinate with contractors, labour, vendors, and management
- Maintain proper site discipline and safety standards
- Provide daily progress and performance updates to the management team
- Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor material usage and report shortages if any
- Stay at the project site if required for smooth site operations
Requirements:
- Experience in site supervision or project execution preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction processes and quality standards
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to handle labour and coordinate site activities efficiently
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented attitude
