Role Overview
As an Operations Executive at Plotix, you will work directly with the founder and take charge of the company’s execution.
From managing clients to building systems and scaling operations — you will be responsible for making sure everything runs smoothly and delivers results.
This role is designed to evolve into a core leadership / co-founder position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Onboarding & Management
- Handle onboarding of new clients
- Understand their business & project goals
- Ensure smooth communication and experience
2. Campaign Execution & Delivery
- Oversee marketing campaigns (ads + creatives)
- Coordinate with performance marketing & content teams
- Ensure results aligned with our promise:
- 20–30 site visits per month
3. Operations & System Building
- Build and optimize internal processes
- Improve workflow efficiency
- Ensure smooth execution across departments
4. Team Coordination
- Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and creative teams
- Ensure accountability and timely delivery
5. Performance Tracking
- Track:
- Leads
- Site visits
- Conversions
- Identify gaps and improve performance
6. Problem Solving & Decision Making
- Handle operational challenges
- Take ownership of results
- Make fast, effective decisions

Compensation Structure
