Key Responsibilities
- Examine and interpret laboratory test results, including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, histopathology, and cytology reports.
- Validate and authorize diagnostic reports within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, accreditation requirements, and laboratory protocols.
- Supervise laboratory personnel and provide technical guidance and training.
- Monitor quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) activities.
- Investigate and resolve laboratory-related issues and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with clinicians and healthcare professionals regarding test results and patient diagnosis.
- Ensure adherence to NABL, CAP, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and laboratory development activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records as per organizational policies.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
