We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage the complete Human Resource function across the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, employee relations, HR operations, policy implementation, and strategic HR initiatives. The role requires a strong business partner who can support management in organizational growth, talent retention, and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Experience in manufacturing is must
Location is Thaltej , once in a month Visit Plant which is located at Kubadthal.
