- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supply and prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy in stock records.
- Update and maintain inventory management systems with real-time stock data.
- Goods Receipt and Dispatch:
- Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of pharmaceutical products following company and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate and prepare shipments, ensuring that all orders are accurately packed and shipped on time.
- Verify and document all incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain accurate records.
- Compliance and Quality Control:
- Ensure adherence to Good Storage Practices (GSP) and regulatory guidelines for storing pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain the integrity, safety, and compliance of stored products.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage conditions are maintained for all inventory.
- Warehouse Organization and Maintenance:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
- Implement and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of personnel.
- Organize storage space effectively to maximize efficiency and accessibility of products.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to coordinate timely deliveries and manage stock levels.
- Communicate with transport companies and suppliers to facilitate smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
- Address and resolve any issues related to shipments, inventory discrepancies, or quality concerns.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse activities, including receipts, shipments, and inventory adjustments.
- Generate regular reports on stock status, order fulfilment, and warehouse efficiency.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
