Job Description: Customer Service Executive - Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose

The customer service executive will assist the Aviation Sales Team in the implementation of all sales activities, lead generation, all documentations for customer Quotes / P.I and Invoices. To increase awareness, drive sales, and generate new business leads and assigned volumes in the targeted sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through various portals such as GeM, DPP, CPP etc. and prepare follow up reports on identified prospects for sales conversions under guidance of KAM
Achieve the targeted volume with identified Customers while maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention
Responsible for preparing DO (Delivery Orders), payment Follow- up, reconciliation of supply status and timely dispatches
Responsible for Collection of Bank Guarantees / EMD / Any other statutory documents on time in consultation with Sales Team.
Responsible for follow-up for after-sales services, Follow-ups for Orders, CRV’s, outstanding payments, Product performance feedback and Delivery of Consignments.
To prepare MIS Reports on Daily and Monthly basis, prepare Tenders, Quotations, Price approval from line manager and sending billing documents to customers.
Maintain up to date customer database.
Coordination with internal team/stakeholders for smooth operations of day-to-day business needs
Handling customer complaints and providing timely resolutions arranging replacements, issuing credit notes, and coordinating insurance claims through internal team
Collaborate in new campaigns and strategies to increase market exposure and new business.
Communicate and resolve with team any customer and / or operational issues as they arise.
To lead projects as prescribed by the company.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies Required

Graduate (MBA is preferable)
3-5 Years Previous Direct sales / Customer Relations experience.
Proven ability to execute multiple tasks.
Ability to contribute to an effective and productive team / work environment.
Basic knowledge and exposure to Lubricants will be an added advantage
Willing to travel within country if required.
Proficient in MS Office particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, Presentations.
Intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency.
