We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team and help manage high-performing PPC campaigns for clients across the US, Canada, UAE, and India.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across:
- Search
- Display
- Performance Max
- YouTube
- Remarketing
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and Cost Per Lead.
- Monitor budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation.
- Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Google Ads.
- Create compelling ad copies and test multiple ad variations.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare client-facing reports.
- Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and development teams.
- Participate in client meetings and provide campaign insights.
Requirements
✅ 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
✅ Strong understanding of Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns
✅ Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
✅ Expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Experience with bid strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
✅ Excellent communication and reporting skills
✅ Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Agency experience preferred
⭐ Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, UAE)
⭐ Knowledge of Local Service Ads (LSA) is a plus
⭐ Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO principles
⭐ Google Ads Certifications preferred
