Position: Digital Marketing Executive (Meta Ads Specialist)

Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Develop creative strategies for ad campaigns, including hooks, messaging angles, ad concepts, and audience-specific content ideas.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce high-converting ad creatives.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Set up and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously test creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Manage ad budgets and maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Build and optimize marketing funnels, retargeting campaigns, and customer journeys.
- Track conversions using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and analytics tools.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads management.
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Experience with lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance-driven creative strategy.
- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Google Ads knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with Shopify, WordPress, or landing page tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, video ad concepts, and UGC-style advertising.
