Job Description – Video Editor
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who has hands-on experience with CapCut and a strong interest in video editing for digital platforms. The intern will work closely with the marketing and content team to create engaging video content for social media and other digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form and long-form videos using CapCut.
- Create engaging reels, shorts, and promotional videos for social media platforms.
- Add transitions, effects, subtitles, background music, and text overlays.
- Assist in editing marketing, brand, and product-related videos.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and content strategy.
- Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with content creators and marketing team for revisions.
- Manage and organize raw footage and edited files.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CapCut (mandatory).
- Basic understanding of video editing concepts (cuts, transitions, pacing).
- Knowledge of social media video formats and trends.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and take feedback positively.
- Basic understanding of audio syncing and text animations.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with reels, shorts, or YouTube videos.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or storytelling.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, or digital marketing content.
- Portfolio or sample work (edited videos) is a plus.
