Under our 1Bridge-Green initiative, the vision is to build last-mile digital commerce channel enabling access to energy-saving product to rural households through network of nano-entrepreneurs acting as one-stop digital store for rural energy needs.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Identify and pitch business to 30-40 local potential entrepreneurs every week
- Activate 6-10 nano-entrepreneurs every week (with help of community ambassadors)
- Conduct 10+ Product demo every week (with help of community ambassadors)
- Onboard 2+ local Community Ambassadors every week to support in Entrepreneur Activation and Product Demo
- Get outreach surveys done through Entrepreneurs and community ambassadors
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: PUC/Graduate
- Experience: Fresher or Experienced (sales experience in products like EV, Solar, Electric Appliances would be preferred).
- Strong connections & networking with local SHG, FPO, Retailers, Distributors, Gram Panchayats, NGOs expected.
- Good reputation in community and able to explain and convince people about various initiatives
- Fluency in Kannada (read, write, speak) is necessary
- Smartphone and 2-wheeler must to travel at village level
Compensation Structure:
- Fixed Salary:
- Rs. 18k – 20k per month for fresher,
- Negotiable for experienced candidates
- Incentive: Opportunity to earn incentive up to 20k per month (performance based incentive)
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
