- Front Desk Operations: Manage all check-ins and check-outs. Verify guest information, issue room keys, and process payments.
- Guest Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails or messages. Provide guests with helpful information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Issue Resolution: Listen to guest complaints or concerns and resolve them quickly and professionally.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance departments to make sure guest rooms and requests are handled perfectly.
- Reservations and Up-selling: Book room reservations and promote hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
