Job Summary
CANX INTERNATIONAL PVT LTD is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead B2B sales and lead generation activities in the corrugated packaging industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business development, client acquisition, and target-based sales within the packaging or corrugated box sector.
This role is best suited for self-motivated professionals who are passionate about sales growth, customer relationships, and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads for corrugated boxes and packaging solutions.
- Identify and approach clients from industries such as FMCG, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and manufacturing.
- Manage the complete sales cycle including cold calling, meetings, quotations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Conduct market research and stay updated with competitor activities and industry trends.
- Maintain daily and weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation in the corrugated box/packaging industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Existing network of industrial buyers or corporate clients will be an added advantage.
- Must possess a personal vehicle for field visits and client meetings.
