Job Title: Commercial Transaction
Experience: Minimum 2 and upto 5 years prior experience
Location: Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
● Minimum 2 years of prior experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, M&A, PE/VC transactions, due diligence or contract drafting.
● Good understanding of Companies Act, contract law, FEMA basics and commercial documentation.
● Ability to independently review documents and prepare first drafts.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines.
● Good written and spoken communication skills.
● Comfortable working from Ahmedabad while reporting to the Mumbai corporate team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
