We are looking for motivated and hands-on Junior Production Trainees to join our manufacturing team. Selected candidates will initially work in the Stores function to develop a strong understanding of components, materials, and production processes.
After gaining familiarity with inventory systems, materials, and documentation, trainees will transition into the production team, where they will assist in building and testing wire harnesses and cable assemblies used in defence and aerospace applications.
This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to build practical technical skills and grow within a precision manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stores Training Phase
Assist in receiving, organizing, and tracking production materials.
Learn identification of connectors, cables, and other electronic components used in
wire harness assemblies.
Support preparation of material kits for production work orders.
Maintain accurate documentation of materials issued to production.
Production Training Phase
Assist in Heat shrinking of rubber parts, packaging, back potting & learn advanced set
of tasks such as wire cutting, stripping, crimping, soldering, and termination.
Follow engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
Support basic testing such as continuity checks and functional verification.
Maintain documentation of work performed and materials used.
General Responsibilities
Maintain high standards of precision and quality in all work.
Follow safety procedures and manufacturing best practices.
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in electronics
assembly or manufacturing.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of electrical or electronic components is an
advantage.
Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field.
