Job Description – Implementor Coach (Services Department)

Role Purpose
The Implementor Coach is responsible for ensuring successful execution of consultancy strategies and business improvement initiatives for assigned clients. The role involves client coordination, implementation support, progress monitoring, coaching, reporting, and ensuring smooth delivery of consulting programs to achieve desired business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Implementation & Coaching
Coordinate with consultancy clients and understand their implementation requirements.
Support clients in execution of business strategies, action plans, and improvement initiatives.
Conduct regular client meetings to monitor progress and implementation status.
Guide clients in overcoming execution challenges and improving business practices.
Ensure proper follow-up on assigned tasks and commitments.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
Handle client queries and provide timely support.
Ensure positive client experience throughout the consultancy journey.
Project & Service Delivery Management
Manage assigned consultancy projects and ensure timely execution.
Monitor client progress and maintain implementation trackers.
Coordinate with Business Consultants and Trainers for effective program delivery.
Ensure proper execution of consulting and training activities.
Follow defined processes and quality standards.
Coordination & Team Support
Coordinate with Trainers, Business Consultants, Relationship Officers, Operations, and Accounts teams.
Support internal and external communication for smooth project execution.
Assist in resolving operational and implementation-related issues.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), client progress reports, and implementation updates.
Maintain accurate client records, databases, and documentation.
Update and manage information in company software and systems.
Share reports and important updates with reporting authority.
Program Execution Support
Ensure pre-session preparation including reminders, presentations, and activity sheets.
Maintain session checklists and ensure smooth execution.
Support implementation of training and consultancy programs.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve client implementation processes.
Share suggestions for improving service quality and client outcomes.
Maintain adherence to organizational values and working standards.

Educational Qualification
Graduation from a recognized university.
Master’s Degree (MBA / PGDM or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Experience Required
4–6 years of experience in Business Consulting, Client Handling, Project Management, Business Operations, Coaching, or Implementation roles.
Experience in managing clients and executing business improvement initiatives will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
Ready to travel for client meetings and business programs as required.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
Strong ownership and commitment towards client success.
