Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow, timely service delivery, and effective coordination between branches, hubs, customers, and management. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with experience in operations management.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operational activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between branches, hubs, and operational teams.
- Track shipments, deliveries, and operational performance to ensure service standards are maintained.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations related to operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with transportation, logistics, and support teams for timely movement of consignments.
- Monitor staff attendance, shift schedules, and workforce allocation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service guidelines.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Support branch and hub managers in achieving operational targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
- Coordinate with departments such as HR, Accounts, Customer Service, and IT for operational requirements.
- Ensure timely communication of operational updates to management and field teams.
- Monitor productivity and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in training and guiding operational staff when required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in courier, logistics, transportation, or service industry operations will be preferred.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations or logistics management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to take responsibility for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
