About the Role
At KASS, we don't do basic cuts, and we don't do generic text templates. If your idea of editing is dragging and dropping a preset onto a timeline, this isn't the place for you.
We are looking for a Hardcore Video Editor & Motion Designer who understands pacing, rhythm, and fluid motion. If you can build smooth, custom motion graphics from scratch, look at a frame and obsess over its aesthetics, and turn complex skincare science into highly engaging visual stories—we want you.
What We Are Looking For (The Must-Haves):
- 2+ Years of Hardcore Experience: We need someone who can hit the ground running. We don't have the time to teach you the basics of a timeline or keyframing.
- Flawless Motion Graphics: To us, if you master motion graphics, standard video editing is a piece of cake. We want original, hand-crafted animations, seamless transitions, and custom asset building—not standard Envato/Cancha templates.
- An Eye for Clean Aesthetics: No random wedding video styles. You must understand premium, high-converting, modern digital aesthetics. Prior experience editing for Skincare, D2C Brands, or Corporate Campaigns is a massive bonus.
- Trend Obsessed: You know what makes people stop scrolling on Instagram, YouTube, and digital ads within the first 2 seconds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform raw footage and high-level concepts into premium, high-converting video assets (Reels, Ads, Brand Films).
- Design and animate fluid typography, custom tracking elements, and sharp vector graphics to explain skin science dynamically.
- Handle full post-production independently: advanced sound design, meticulous color grading, and pacing that keeps viewers hooked.
- Brainstorm directly with the creative team to push visual boundaries—we want an artist who brings ideas to the table, not just a tool-operator.
Required Software Mastery:
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Advanced editing, pacing, sound design)
- Adobe After Effects (Advanced fluid motion graphics, expressions, keyframe manipulation)
- Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator (For asset preparation and manipulation)

- You rely heavily on pre-made title packs and templates.
- You do not have a live, scrollable portfolio or showreel showcasing your motion graphics work.
