Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reception activities and manage the front desk efficiently
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Distribute brochures, pamphlets, and maps to the sales associates
- Maintain proper record of visitor entries and inquiries
- Perform scanning, printing, and basic documentation tasks
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, scanning, printing)
- Presentable personality and professional attitude
- Ability to multitask and handle front office responsibilities
