Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings at sites and Client office
- Take detailed notes during meetings, take measurements/photos of site
- Provide Designing support for lead 3D designer
- Create Moodboards as per client discussion
- Prepare BOQ as per the design requirement
- Create CAD drawings for client projects
- Research décor and materials; provide pricing, availability, stock, etc
- Maintain spreadsheets with client selections/ finish materials
- Create a Timely Schedule for the designer, contractors, clients, vendors
- Update Project Execution spreadsheet daily with status of Project Completion
- Respond to client questions and concerns;
- Project updates
- Meet vendors, explain the design
- Site Visits for Monitoring timely & correct execution as per the design
Requirements:
- Graduate/ Post graduate with a degree in Interior design or Architecture
- Min experience of 2-3 years
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office
- AutoCAD
- Sketch up
