Trainer cum Content Developer

As part of the Training and Development team, she is responsible for finding the key areas for training requirements, designing content and the implementation of various modules. Additionally, she sets goals and makes recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
The position reports to Head of Training and Development.
Main Responsibilities
Training and Management (60%)
To Train, motivate and support training initiatives at IECED for high quality delivery of content
- Effectively train the target audience as per agreed calendar and mode (online/in person)
- Maintain data of each student’s progress
- Bring innovation in training delivery methods
- Participate in team meetings
- Substitute for any other trainer if needed
- Make appropriate recommendations for creating and designing need based modules
Content Development (40%)
To support in content development for old and new projects
· Ensure timely content development as per agreed plan
· Rigorously get involved in planning and content development phase of every training module
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of basics of Early Childhood Education Industry
- Good Internet and Computer skills and on tools like word processing, excel sheets, online surveys, power point
- Good Communication & presentation skills, both oral and written, esp. presentations
WORKING CONDITIONS
The work timings and work space would be determined by the training requirements on ground and travel as required.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
